The President´s House, business meetings that make history

You have views of the wall and direct access to the large garden that surrounds the house; two additional rooms, one with a fireplace, which can be used for group breaks or coffee breaks or to meet in a relaxed manner; a bright glass porch, ideal for reflection, conversation or as a place for recreation; and, finally, a space conditioned in the garden for up to 80 people. The garden, dotted with vegetation, can be used to carry out outdoor team building activities. In addition, it is worth noting that La Casa del Presidente is the only hotel in the city of Ávila that has a swimming pool.

Theater: 32 minimum pax

School: 20 minimum pax

U-shaped: 20 minimum pax

Imperial: 10 minimum pax

In the garden, for a cocktail and outdoor gatherings the capacity is from 150 to 200 people

Restaurant

Taking into account the importance of gastronomy in business meetings, in the restaurant of La Casa del Presidente (specialized in Castilian regional gastronomy), different work menus are designed with flexibility, more casual and light finger cocktails -thought to be able to work all afternoon- or even buffets, to enjoy inside the house or in the gardens.
