At La Casa del Presidente you will find a cuisine without artifice. Based on products of QUALITY that Castilla y León offers us, local products that have tradition, History, and the names and surnames of its producers of the raw materials with which they are made, certified with the Tierra de Sabor seal, such as the Foie Gras from the ducks of Soria by Malvasía or our beef hamburgers certified I.G.P. Carne de Ávila (Avila’s Meat seal).

Another of the unique corners of the hotel is the winery. Original from the house, this winery is very personal and has wines from the area (from Cebreros, El Tiemblo and El Barraco), classic wines and curious references among which the single varietals and blends of Pinot Noir from the Valladolid Alta Pavina winery stand out. , owned by the Ortega family.
